We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel's location is advantageous with a few local shops and cafes nearby. the room has an ample amount of space with a comfortable bed. the bathroom was a bit small and cramped. the breakfast had a decent variety of options but lacked in quality. the staff's behaviour was pleasant.
The cleanliness of the hotel was underwhelming. the room wasn't cleaned, and there was a thick layer of dust underneath the bed.

The cleanliness was really good and the hotel facilities were up to the mark. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was close to all the transportation options. We had no trouble parking our car in the hotel's parking area.

The hotel was conveniently located near the main shopping district and had easy access to public transportation. The serving staff was pleasant and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was decent.
My Christmas stay at this hotel fell short of my expectations. The room was not clean and there was thick dust underneath the bed.
